It is new construction and is every bit a dream come true. While the builder moved our closing date half-a-dozen times, Tonja stayed on point with the seller's agent. After the builder tried to move our date another time, Tonja stood firm and got them to deliver and close the sale. While this was a stressful process, all the stress came from the builder. We would probably still be waiting for escrow to close if we had chosen any other real estate agent.
