The real estate market has been a seller's market for some time in this area, but we managed to strike gold with the home Tonja found for us. It is new construction and is every bit a dream come true. While the builder moved our closing date half-a-dozen times, Tonja stayed on point with the seller's agent. After the builder tried to move our date another time, Tonja stood firm and got them to deliver and close the sale. While this was a stressful process, all the stress came from the builder. We would probably still be waiting for escrow to close if we had chosen any other real estate agent. I could go on and on about the builder, but the point of my feedback is to tell everyone that they are in good hands with Tonja, whether buying or selling. Tonja's transparency, experience, confidence, and attention to detail are powerful factors that make her better than the rest.

From the start of this process, Tonja provided us with all of the information and help needed to ready our home to be sold. All offers were over asking, and all of the information she provided helped us select a dream buyer who we hope loves their new home that was ours for over 20 years. The process of selling a home is life changing for some people, and Tonja was the best possible agent to guide us through this process. The sale closed in 30 days and there were no unanswered questions or loose ends to deal with. It simply would not have been this easy with any other realtor.
