Went over and above in every way. No request was too much. Stepped in during difficult circumstances, i.e , COVID and the sudden passing of a family member. Surviving family was on East and West coast, and Toni periodically checked on the empty house, put us in touch with cleaning and repair services, and ensured that all went as scheduled. Even checking on the property after storms. She communicated with us regularly, was always available and timely getting back to us, keeping us informed of status and any decisions that needed to be made. A very positive experience all around. Being “new bees” to the area Toni was extremely helpful in finding our Villa, getting the paperwork completed remotely and getting the closing scheduled in the narrow window we had so we could be present for the closing and final walkthrough. I found out after that, that she had rescheduled a trip to accommodate our visit to scout for a place (which turned out to be our closing).

We began working with Toni about 2 years before we decided we were actually going to move to SWFL. She created automated searches for us that would email us based on our criteria (as little, or as often as we'd like). We would ask her questions about different properties, and even asked her to check on a couple for us (even though we lived in North Carolina). She was always so helpful, and knowledgeable (and when we were here to visit properties, she always had cold bottles of water in the car for us). When we finally made the choice to move here, it was because I had gotten a job and I only had 4 weeks to find a house and close! When I thought we'd never find the right house, and that we'd be in an apartment for awhile, she worked the listings, worked with us (late into the evening) and found us the perfect house. So thankful, and we are still in communication now that we've lived here a year... nothing like making friends new new places

Toni did a terrific job of finding properties in our price range that met all of our "requirements" or had the potential to become what we needed. Her positive attitude kept us from getting discouraged when we made an offer on one house, only to find out the seller had signed a contract for less while we were viewing the property. She continued to pursue that house, just in case the financing fell through and the house went back on the market, and she didn't give up on it until they closed on the house. She kept in touch with new options and suggestions until we found our dream home. She negotiated on our behalf and responded quickly to the seller's agent, sealing the contract in record time, even as other identical offers were coming in. Had it not been for her diligence, we might have lost the house to another interested buyer. Toni went above and beyond to help us, even loaning us plastic bins for our move, and recommending reasonably priced service providers in the area for our painting needs, lawn care, pool care, and handyman projects that we wanted to do before moving in. We couldn't have had a better, more professional, more caring realtor!
