Due to our families size and needs it took us 47 home viewings and 18 months to find the house that just felt right, even though it didn't check all the boxes. Toni sent us 158 houses to review online, that fit our criteria, only noting the few that she felt would actually work for us and in more cases then none she was right on and our 1,200 mile trips were well worth it even though the house wasn't the one.
