She is great at negotiating a deal and providing unique perspectives to tough situations. Buying a home can be stressful, frustrating, and seem like you will never find the right home. Toni was very patient with me and took me to see any place I wanted and sometimes twice. At the time of my purchase, it was a sellers market with prices that were really high. I was starting to reverse and Toni took my offers and guided me to ultimately purchase a home in the nieghborhood I wanted. She knows her market well, has great relationships with lenders, contractors and other companion home contractors which was extremely helpful. Everyone she recommended for advise, inspection, and other issues was VERY knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She even helped me find a realtor to work with in another market to sell a home I own there.
