Toni Maupin recently listed and sold my property in Florida. First of all, she took amazing photos of the home. Toni was extremely informative and involved every step of the way. I am currently living in another state so Toni was literally my eyes and ears throughout the entire process. She presented every detail, she handled all of the showings (at my tenants request), was present for the requested repairs from the buyer and she even helped me bury a St. Joseph statue in the yard. She is great at negotiating a deal and providing unique perspectives to tough situations. One of Toni's most prominent characteristics is her ability to stay levelheaded and keep emotion OUT of the deal. Buying a house is stressful and working with a professional, like Toni, makes the expierence so much more enjoyable. For example, we had encountered a minor hiccup in our deal and instead of relentlessly pushing for us to throw more money at the deal, she took the pressure off and provided a list of similar homes that we could go see instead. This is evidence that her clients are not just a "commission check" for her. She was ready to start all over with us if we weren't 100% confident moving forward and that speaks volumes to her charcters as a realtor. She puts the client first! Buying a home can be stressful, frustrating, and seem like you will never find the right home. Toni was very patient with me and took me to see any place I wanted and sometimes twice. At the time of my purchase, it was a sellers market with prices that were really high. I was starting to reverse and Toni took my offers and guided me to ultimately purchase a home in the nieghborhood I wanted. She knows her market well, has great relationships with lenders, contractors and other companion home contractors which was extremely helpful. Everyone she recommended for advise, inspection, and other issues was VERY knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She even helped me find a realtor to work with in another market to sell a home I own there. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for your next place to call home, she is the one that will help you achieve that!

Due to our families size and needs it took us 47 home viewings and 18 months to find the house that just felt right, even though it didn't check all the boxes. Toni sent us 158 houses to review online, that fit our criteria, only noting the few that she felt would actually work for us and in more cases then none she was right on and our 1,200 mile trips were well worth it even though the house wasn't the one. On more than a few occasions during the 18 months we would stray away from what we originally spoke to Toni about and Toni would kindly asked us about it. There were times were she would let us go on our own and explore new thoughts and ideas without her because she knew that sometimes its better that way.
