If there were more than 5 stars to give, I'd give them to Toni. Because of a family illness, I was unable to travel from my home in LA to Ventura to handle any issues arising from prepping the house for sale, negotiating with buyers, dealing with neighbor concerns, or getting through escrow. Toni did it all -- even to the point of dropping by the house to water plants. At all times she was professional, gracious, and extremely knowledgable.
