Toni made my long distance sale easy with her hard work, knowledge of the market and what to do to ready the place to sell as well as resources that saved me time and money. She organized someone to come in and remove items needed to be disposed of, cleaners and window washers and staging that had the place looking great. She personally when in and readied the the place for the new owners to move in. She was a God send. .

We have bought twice and sold twice with Toni in Ventura County over the past decade. She is amazing! In addition to being a very kind person, she establishes good relationships with other realtors during the process which helps transactions move smoothly and minimizes potential bumps in the road. She gave us good advice regarding how to request or respond to requests, which I think also minimized the likelihood of any disruptions in closing. Specifically re: selling: Toni has a strong knowledge of the local market and a great eye for marketing the strengths of your house - both of the homes we sold received multiple offers within a couple days on the market and closed within about a month. She also has gone above and beyond the duties of being a realtor - we sold both houses during very busy times in our lives and she jumped in to help make it all happen. She brought over personal touches to stage our houses, washed curtains, moved kids bikes into the garage, moved furniture, and booked appointments for window cleaning, handyman, etc. when we were too busy to get it all done. Following our most recent move out of the area, she even picked up a shipment of dog food that arrived right after we left and took it to Fedex for us! I don't know how she does it all because she has a lot of clients, but she is seemingly always available to check in, track the progress on all the things you need to get done, convert documents to docusign at a moment's notice, etc. Toni is a gift and a gem, I give her name to everyone I know who is looking for a realtor. You won't regret bringing her onto your team!

Toni Guy exceeded our expectations in helping us purchase our new beach condo. I can't say enough about Toni! She was a godsend and made the overwhelming task of dealing with our Uncle's estate very easy. We live 2 hours away and Toni took care of everything! She found homes for most items or boxed and took them to the Goodwill. Found contractors, purchased carpeting, lighting, fixtures ect. for us. Toni even did a lot of the work herself along with her assistant. She made sure the yards were watered and had a stager come in. The house showed beautifully with professional pictures and we received multiple offers way over asking price. Toni kept us updated with everything and was super easy to work with, kind and honest.
