Toni's recommendations throughout the process were invaluable.
Toni always responded quickly to any questions or concerns and would ensure she could be reached. She was positive and reassuring throughout the process even if we were not. Her market knowledge knocked it out of the park from guiding us to our asking price (offer of full asking price on first day of showing) to negotiating the sale of furniture (received more than expected). Toni is a credit to her profession by the way she listened to our concerns, managed our expectations, and based her approach on the sale of our home to our needs and timeline.
