A top-notch experience!

Toni Benton was excellent from the first moment we met. She was professional, friendly and always patient with my many, many questions and concerns. Being a senior citizen on my own, I worried that selling my home would be very stressful, as I had no idea of where to start. But Toni made all the worries disappear and her calm demeanor eased my nerves during stressful moments. She was always available when I needed her and promptly returned my endless calls and texts. I have to say that Toni went above and beyond when preparing to stage my home for showings. After I had packed and stacked 100 or so boxes in the empty guest bedroom she helped me move them all to the garage and then brought in furniture and bedding to give the empty room a cozy feeling. Toni’s staging suggestions and professional photos made a real difference. If you want an agent who knows how to market a home properly, she’s the one to call. Toni really knows her stuff - her market analysis was thorough and accurate, assuring I got the best possible price for my home. She even put me in contact with a wonderful realtor in the area to which I moved. All in all, I had a top-notch experience with Toni Benton and I can’t recommend her enough!
