To limit this review to 2000 characters is extremely difficult. I could Rave On and On about what incredible help Toni provided at every stage of my home sale. She is knowledgeable about the market and able to advise on sale price. She is incomparable when advising on contracts and making decisions that are going to affect your life. Considering that a home is one of the most expensive purchases and sales that you can have, it is extremely important to select someone to work with that you can not only trust but are extremely knowledgeable and professional. But with Toni, you also get caring and compassionate which is where to find in a real estate agent. You can usually find one or two of these qualities but to find all of them packaged in one person who has the energy of an ever-ready bunny and truly cares that you are happy is like finding a unicorn! If you are on the fence about who to select to work with whether selling or buying or in my case both, jump in with both feet and do not look back and make the choice to work with Toni Benton! You will never regret it and in fact you will thank your lucky stars every day that you did select her! I am grateful every day for having had her help me sell my prior home and purchase my new one. I would never have been able to make it through the whole process without someone like her in my life. I recommend her highly!
