Toni helped the reviewer buy this property

Toni Benton became our real estate agent, our adviser, and ultimately our friend.

Toni came highly recommended by someone we love and trust. We were not easy clients, but she graciously considered what we needed and what we wanted as she navigated the available homes in the desired area. From the beginning of our home search, we were impressed with her expertise as a broker and agent, but also of ancillary issues like insurance requirements and renovation options. She was sensitive to our sadness at leaving a home we loved as she tirelessly guided us through properties, several of them virtually as we were 600 miles away. She found a home for us, coached us through some difficult and stressful issues, and persisted in securing an agreement we could accept. We so appreciate her efforts, her kindness, her moxie, and her friendship. If you want the best, Toni Benton is your choice.
