Though this project took awhile due to COVID and supply chain issues, Tonda was able to diligently assemble the necessary teams to assist us in completing the project with very high quality, while containing cost. Her attention to details and sound advise is impeccable. Sincerely very appreciative of her efforts and would not hesitate in recommending Tonda's services.
Tonda was very diligent with this project. She is very good in assessing and seeing the potentials of a property, and eventually bringing it to fruition. Though Covid did extend the completion time and pose some challenges, she was able to work with the contractors and build a beautiful house that we are very happy and proud of. We look forward to partnering with her in the future, hopefully in more favorable conditions devoid of Covid bottlenecks.
Tonda always gives good advice- she listens to her clients to hear their needs - iI will continue to work with her in the future!

Tonda is smart, savvy, and kind. She was never overly opinionated, but would express her thoughts when she could tell we needed advice. She worked really hard to understand our goals, concerns, and hopes - which made our entire experience really positive. We will be back!
