After many years of sending OSU colleagues to Tonda who all sang her praises, I was finally in a position to work with her myself. My partner took a job in a part of the country that is 3X more expensive, so we wanted to sell the Columbus house. Fortunately, we were able to find and close on a house in Massachusetts and then let Tonda do what she needed to do so that our Columbus house would show well. I knew from following Tonda on social media that she is a consummate professional who has impeccable taste. When she came to look at the house to give a sense of what she believed needed to be done, I knew she would deliver. Well, once our movers got us out of her way, her team quickly transformed spaces to the point that we had to look hard at the pictures to figure out which room it was! We were giddy. We had LOVED the house for 16 years, but we were excited for whoever would next occupy it! Besides working miracles by coordinating several contractors to transform the house, she did so in a truly astonishing amount of time. Before we knew it, it was ready for market and a *single* open house yielded offers with which we were incredibly happy, given our expensive new location. From there, though I wouldn't have expected it to, the pace seemed to pick up as things went even more smoothly than they were already going. It was astonishing! Closing seemed to come in the blink of an eye. There's really no way for me to detail every moment that I was impressed. At every turn, Tonda was anticipating issues and solving a problem that wasn't fully a problem yet! If you want A PRO who makes it unnecessary for you to give much thought to things because everything is going to be done so well that your input certainly wouldn't be an improvement, then do yourself a favor and work with Tonda.
