First things first; he listens and does his best to help. Very respectful, helpful, upbeat, always looks at positives and isn’t afraid to give you real answers. Real answers about the home/land etc. We ran into some snags during our buying process (other agents, real estate, sellers pricing, sellers demands) and his sound advice helped us tremendously.
