First things first; he listens and does his best to help. Very respectful, helpful, upbeat, always looks at positives and isn’t afraid to give you real answers. Real answers about the home/land etc. We ran into some snags during our buying process (other agents, real estate, sellers pricing, sellers demands) and his sound advice helped us tremendously. He will help analyze what the market is and does his best to bring your needs and wants to reality. One outstanding agent would highly recommend him to anyone that asks.
