Being a first time house seller, we were excited to list but didn't know the steps of what to accomplish first. Tom was truly awesome at advising us and even paid for an inspection prior to us listing our home, so that we could fix any unforeseen items that needed addressed. In addition, he works with a great team that includes an interior designer and photographer; both of which assisted us in making our home look its best!
