As if buying a new home isn't stressful enough, the decision to do so in a new and unfamiliar area can absolutely keep one up at night. I dont understand home-selling but Tom sure does. He looked over the home I was trying to sell, came up with a plan, and executed. He was quick to make adjustments when needed and timing is apparently everything. He worked with my sticky legal situation- extra work for him and his vendors but handled everything with no problem. The home was sold in 2 weeks after list, for a price higher than I thought possible. So grateful.

I have known Tom for almost 20 years. In those years, I have gotten hot on buying and selling in the Lamorinda area, only to decide that I am too busy to embark on a real estate adventure. It's tough to compress all of the positive things we have to say about Tom into a single review. He is an absolute dynamo whose energy and experience made purchasing a home in an extremely competitive market an empowering experience. At the conclusion of our very first call, Tom confidently told my husband and I to go ahead and prepare for getting the keys to our new home. We could tell from his tone that he was completely serious. Naturally, we had our doubts given the nature of the Bay Area real estate market (we bought our home in March 2022, a time when the market was at peak competitiveness for buyers).
