It's hard to know where to start really-been working with Tom for months-found him on Zillow while searching for a home in Pollock Pines-he returned my inquiry the very next day-that was different than the other contacts-he saw what I needed and we found the absolute perfect home for me at a fantastic price-he helped in every phase of the purchase-it's good to know you can count on people these days.
Tom helped us sell our old home and he was also our agent for the purchase of our new home. He gave great ideas for what to do before listing our current home and helped us get a great price. Paperwork was easily completed on time and he answered all questions quickly and correctly. When it was time to buy the new home he was always available for a showing and was great at providing insight on things that we might have overlooked. The process was easier than we expected and that was all due to Tom and his professionalism and knowledge. I'd give him 6 stars if possible.
We needed to sell our house in Pollock Pines (PP). Since we lived in SoCal and would have to do everything by phone and email, we asked a local realtor friend down here to help find a Realtor up in PP. My Mother (87 years young) and I were nervous about the whole process of having to do everything long distance, just added to it. Boy, did we luck out when we were introduced to Tom Roslee. From that first conference call we knew we would be in good hands! Tom was there to guide us each step of the way. He was very responsive to our questions and inquiries. He took the time to explain things in detail and didn’t dismiss our questions or concerns. Tom seemed to know when a text or email wasn’t enough and a phone call was what was needed. Tom went out of his way, along with his wife Joyce, to get our manufactured home sold and at a good price. Tom was a great help to us when it came time to sell. He worked hard for us. He was responsive and always available. He advised us of issues that needed to be dealt with. His recommendation for a repairman was very good. He went out of his way to get the house sold, even to the extent of doing some things above and beyond what was necessary. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and will give good advice on the market and real estate dealings.
