ROCKSTAR ALERT!! A little silly but this statement is very true. This is the second time I have worked with Tom in the past 4 years. He was my buyer's agent first and just recently my seller's agent for the same property.I have re-hired him to work with me for multiple reasons- here are just a few examples to be short.... 1st-Every encounter and conversation has always felt genuine. From the first time I met Tom, he has been a straight shooter, personal yet always completely professional. 2nd-He has been a long time resident here and his experience and expertise shows in his knowledge of the area--yet he is up-to-date with the current market and trends. 3rd-I always felt in "good hands" and that he is very organized and on top of the process, this took away worry of that part. Tom did it again! We worked with Tom just over a year ago to help us buy a home in Pollock Pines, and he was just as professional and effective then as he was just recently when we had to sell that same home because of a job relocation. This one wasn't so easy, either. We had a buyer who ran into some lender troubles late in escrow, and Tom stayed on it the whole way, communicating with all parties involved (including the lender for the buyer), and especially me. I knew what was going on the whole time because of his superior communication skills. The deal closed just two days ago, and because of Tom's help and expertise, we are able to now close on our next home and move on to the next adventure in our lives. There are just no two ways about it: Tom is attentive, prompt, persuasive, and empathetic, making him one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. Tom is AMAZING. First off I must mention we were first time home buyers. Secondly we had a moderately strict budget with needs for certain space requirements to accommodate a home office. We absolutely needed to purchase in a location with high speed internet, that was budget friendly for home owners insurance and had decent proximity to hwy 50. Tom’s knowledge of the area, ability to answer all of our questions quickly and his helpfulness to steer us away from potential disaster was exactly what we needed. Not only did he help us find the perfect house for us, within budget... he also literally held our hand through the purchase process. Anything that came up he was available to talk about. We saw quite a few homes with him before we put an offer on the one we did purchase. Tom explained the offer process, deadlines and offered guidance through our escrow period. He also successfully negotiated repair work that needed to be done. We could not have had a better experience. I can not stress this enough.
