Fins up for Tom and his crew

Tom knows his stuff and is a pleasure to work with. I ought to know after Paradise Sharks has sold two of my properties, found wonderful tenants for two properties, and then helped my wife and I locate and close on a fabulous beach condo. Everything went as planned with no snags. I would highly recommend the Shark to help you--buy, sell or rent. The best!
