Madison, WI real estate broker, since 1989. I live in the near west side of Madison near Owen Conservancy. This neighborhood is where I knew I wanted to live for many years; as a neighborhood it reminds me of my youth where neighbors chat, kids run through the yards, and pets follow behind. I'm not always working and when I'm not you will find me on a tennis court, never on a golf course, swimming, biking, running, starting a home project, or reading books. My son Patrick is a REALTOR and he's good. Very good. A lot of my business is helping families sell their homes and move on to the next thing in life. Real estate transactions are easy when the expectations of each person are clear and followed. My strength is in contract negotiation, and compassion for my clients. When I know what you want, and why you want what you want, we can make it happen.

I am happy to report that our experience...

I am happy to report that our experience working with Tom Meyer has been remarkably positive. I had known Tom through civic work before asking him to assist us in selling a country home and acquiring a city home in 2013. Tom handled the complexities of our request as we expected: foresight of the issues that would have to be addressed, handling of the listing communications with high professional quality, managing negotiations to achieve desirable outcomes, and, throughout, providing valuable information, advice, and support. This December (2019), we asked Tom to help us obtain a condominium for our granddaughter. Again, we were impressed with Tom’s grasp of our criteria and schedule, with the speed and thoroughness of his identifying likely properties, and with his smooth handling of the complexities of negotiation. We are hopeful that when we are ready to make our next move that we will be able to call on Tom’s expertise.
