October 12, 2016 Marketing. It is all about marketing. And communication, of course. Tom McClelland came in and staged our townhouse magnificently. Then, he had his photographer take perfect pictures for the MLS and the brochure out front. Two days of open houses and our house was sold and we accepted an offer on the third day. Tom did a fantastic job and communicated with us at every step so that we knew exactly what was going to happen and what was actually happening. We have never felt in better hands. What a great experience to work with a professional.

As the personal representative of my mother's estate, it was my responsibility to sell her house. I decided to use my portion of the inheritance to purchase my own home. This was a fairly complicated situation to say the least. Tom was referred to me and I was immediately relieved to learn he was familiar with the added intricacies of an estate sale. From start to finish, Tom was fabulous to work with. He is very knowledgeable about all the processes involved with real estate transactions. He is very responsive and always has a wonderful, can-do type of attitude. Tom worked very hard to get a great price for my mother's home and helped me get into my own home. In the end, the two sales were coordinated to close on the same day and everything went through without a hitch. I would absolutely choose to work with him again if the need ever arrises.
Tom was outstanding to work with! He made our very first home buying experience easy and fun! We were extremely impressed with his quick responses to our questions/comments, his follow through, and his willingness to work around our schedules to show us homes at times that were likely not as convenient for him. Our favorite aspect about working with Tom was that we felt like he truly was looking out for our best interest. We never felt pressure from him to buy right away.
