October 12, 2016 Marketing. It is all about marketing. And communication, of course. Tom McClelland came in and staged our townhouse magnificently. Then, he had his photographer take perfect pictures for the MLS and the brochure out front. Two days of open houses and our house was sold and we accepted an offer on the third day. Tom did a fantastic job and communicated with us at every step so that we knew exactly what was going to happen and what was actually happening. We have never felt in better hands. What a great experience to work with a professional.

As the personal representative of my mother's estate, it was my responsibility to sell her house. I decided to use my portion of the inheritance to purchase my own home.
