This review is LONG overdue, but my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tom to sell our townhouse in Livermore. We challenged him with a VERY quick turnaround, as we needed to list and sell our home within about 30-45 days. And, boy did he deliver! He was able to move quickly to get our home listed, photographed, videoed and had a couple of open houses. A great, full-price offer came in within a week or two of the listing, and he helped to make the closing and all transitions as easy as possible. Tom was diligent, communicative, professional and we felt like he had our best interest at heart. I would certainly recommend Tom as a realtor for any buying/selling needs you may have!
