We loved working with Tom to secure a home in the Tampa area. We were NOT Tom's easiest clients in terms of finding a house here in Tampa; relocating from CO, virtual showings, a crazy hot market with multiple offers - it was insane. One of the star agent we meet by far...!!!

Tom has been with us from the time we started looking investment properties in Tampa. He is so patience in answering all our doubts and concerns. The knowledge that he carry shows how well experienced is he in this realtor business that is impecable. He is straight forward on your face and collects all the minute details that we buyers need to know about a property and he let's you know upfront wether to put in an offer or no. The best quality in tom is that, he is never pushy. If you like a property just send him the address, tom would be ready to walk you through at any given day or time to show you the property. Low key, no pressure experience

Tom and I worked together for about 7 months. I would only look at condos in Tampa and in a very specific area. Tom encouraged me to venture out of these specifics and I found my perfect home in Clearwater.
