I came to him with a mixed unit portfolio of a dozen properties (single family, townhomes, condos) that had been very poorly managed by another manager. With units in significant disrepair and non-paying tenants, Tom took on a real mess. He turned that mess into a portfolio of profitable rentals and he has sold several with considerable profit.
