Tom Hubba

Tom Hubba has been my property manager for 6 yrs. As a non-local owner, I am dependent on strong, honest, dedicated property management. I finally found that with Tom. I came to him with a mixed unit portfolio of a dozen properties (single family, townhomes, condos) that had been very poorly managed by another manager. With units in significant disrepair and non-paying tenants, Tom took on a real mess. He turned that mess into a portfolio of profitable rentals and he has sold several with considerable profit. I am grateful for his professional knowledge, his cadre of real craftsmen to repair every possible thing than can go wrong, and his understanding of the local market. He is responsive and always on top of what is going on with each property. I trust his judgment and, repeatedly to my benefit, I accept his good counsel. To say that I recommend him is an understatement! I really lucked out when I met Tom Hubba, and so will anyone else who engages his services as a property manager and sales agent. I have total confidence in Tom and hIs office team (notably Kathryn Kane)...and they are nice people, too!
