Tom was amazing to work with. This market is crazy right now and definitely much easier for sellers rather than buyers. The purchase of our first home was a bit scary and something we had considered for a long time. After speaking with Tom and our mortgage officer, our feelings of anxiety were utterly diminished. Tom set the expectation upfront that this could take some time due to the current market, but ensured us that the right thing will come along when it was the right time and we would keep trying until we found that perfect home. He couldn't have been more correct. We absolutely love our new home and Tom played a HUGE part in making that happen. We are forever grateful.
