I purchased the house with the help of Tom, the house was in the market and the seller was changing his mind quickly and taking back the house from the market, when a buyer became ready to buy the home. It was very difficult situation. I also sent an offer to the seller with the help of Tom, the seller changed the mind and took the home off the market. Then, after few weeks, the house was brought back to the market. Tom professionally reviewed the situation and convinced the buyer’s agent for sale.
