Tom was great right front the beginning. We were just beginning to think about selling our house and only wanted to see what our options included and understand the current market. Tom understood we were only in the planning phase and never pushed us into stages we weren’t ready for. He gave us information on what he thought our house was worth, how the hot market could potentially get us more, but didn’t make larger-than-life guarantees that felt like a sales pitch. Once we decided to sell, he went through our home with us and pointed out budget friendly fixes that would attract buyers, and steered us away from areas we thought we should spend money on that he didn’t think had good ROI, saving us money. He and his team at ROVI took stunning pictures, video, and drone footage of our house and made a Zillow posting that saw amazing traffic, far beyond comparable listings in the area. He laid out a plan to generate the most buzz and hosted two open houses in the first weekend. Two days later, we had accepted an offer and Tom did an amazing job navigating the closing process and negotiating any addendums. The whole time, Tom was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. He let us know when we needed to take any actions and allowed us to present as competent and savvy sellers. I’d also like to note, our home was 40 minutes from where Tom lived and he never shied away from helping us or coming to the house, even though it may have been inconvenient. Tom was so great, we used his expertise in the purchase of our new home and would happily work with him again.
