Tom made my first home purchase such a wonderful experience! Tom was especially considerate of making me feel comfortable with the home buying process and ensuring that I didn't feel rushed into a home I wasn't happy with. Even more so, Tom really came to show his true commitment and dedication during the negotiation process when working through some rather sticky situations making sure that I didn't lose confidence or settling for something I wasn't comfortable with.
