He was able to provide me a list of houses to review that met my criteria and if I had interest in seeing one he made sure to set up an appointment with the other realtor ASAP. Not only would he get us into seeing the houses right away but after each house he showed he would truly listen to the comments and feedback I was saying when walking the homes and would adjust the next list of houses to make sure they met the new criteria I mentioned. By Tom really listening to what I was looking for and knowing the area very well he only had to show me a handful of houses before I found a house I wanted to put an offer on and the best part is with his guidance and recommendations I made an offer that was accepted! Tom is the most professional, genuine and patient realtor I have ever worked with. We were not easy....very selective, indecisive and not on the same page (my husband and I). We were loosing for homes long distance. Tom went out of his way to research all the homes beforehand and even provided FaceTime walk throughs for us. We took awhile to find our perfect home.
