All you need to know about Tom Bashe is he will get you the home of your dreams and will sell your home for top dollar. In today’s competitive market details matter. Tom was fantastic worked morning noon and night to get us through every step of the process in both the buying and selling of our homes. We sold our home for 11K over asking price including one month of free rent so we could take our time finding our new home. He also pointed us to a lender who had the best interest rates and lender credits in the country. Believe me when I say they are the best; I researched every lender and had an elaborate excel worksheet comparing every term side-by-side. When it came to buying in Temecula, I believe we had an unfair advantage working with Tom since he was so familiar with the tax rates, schools, traffic, (sun positions) and personally knew many of the local realtors/agents. If you need an agent Tom is the person to contact! He is absolutely amazing and will make the process of selling a home go very smoothly. From the very beginning Tom made it clear that he would be there for me through the entire selling process and if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to him and he meant it. Many time he's would answer a text or email I sent him long after normal business hours (like 11pm at night) and always made me feel like I was the only client he had even though I knew he had more. Tom was not only extremely helpful with all of the paperwork aspects in selling a home but was also able to meet the need of repairs as well. He was able to put me in contact with contractors that could do repairs needed that came up during our inspection and at a great price and quality work.
