All you need to know about Tom Bashe is he will get you the home of your dreams and will sell your home for top dollar. In today’s competitive market details matter. Tom was fantastic worked morning noon and night to get us through every step of the process in both the buying and selling of our homes. We sold our home for 11K over asking price including one month of free rent so we could take our time finding our new home. He also pointed us to a lender who had the best interest rates and lender credits in the country. Believe me when I say they are the best; I researched every lender and had an elaborate excel worksheet comparing every term side-by-side. When it came to buying in Temecula, I believe we had an unfair advantage working with Tom since he was so familiar with the tax rates, schools, traffic, (sun positions) and personally knew many of the local realtors/agents. I recently used Tom as my agent for buying a home and I was extremely happy with his service. Tom was able to make the scary process of purchasing a home a very easy and smooth process to go through. Tom is a very easy agent to speak with and would answer any question I had right away and truly listened to what I was looking for in a house. He was able to provide me a list of houses to review that met my criteria and if I had interest in seeing one he made sure to set up an appointment with the other realtor ASAP.
