Understanding very little about real estate processes, Tom took the extra time and care to make sure we fully understood each step. He was available 24/7 to meet all of our needs and often went above and beyond the expected scope to ensure our property was at its most presentable come listing time. All you need to know about Tom Bashe is he will get you the home of your dreams and will sell your home for top dollar. In today’s competitive market details matter. Tom was fantastic worked morning noon and night to get us through every step of the process in both the buying and selling of our homes. We sold our home for 11K over asking price including one month of free rent so we could take our time finding our new home. He also pointed us to a lender who had the best interest rates and lender credits in the country. Believe me when I say they are the best; I researched every lender and had an elaborate excel worksheet comparing every term side-by-side. When it came to buying in Temecula, I believe we had an unfair advantage working with Tom since he was so familiar with the tax rates, schools, traffic, (sun positions) and personally knew many of the local realtors/agents. As it turns out, there was a bidding war for the property we wanted and when it was all said and done we have our dream home partially due to Tom’s relationship with the selling agent.
