Good Agent...
Tolmond was very professional and prompt with responses to any questions. I rated him 4 stars because of the problems with him sending the correct papers for me to sign for the sale. I think he wasn't sure about the correct papers for a land sale vs a home sale. Also, he wasn't upfront about his fee or the amount that I had to pay him in the end. That would've been nice to know upfront. Just say, hey, btw, you will owe me $450 or whatever at closing. Overall, he was ok to work with.
