I used Todd to buy and sell my own home in 2018 so when a dear friend passed and I was charged with selling her home I knew who to call! I knew he was a great communicator, very organized, always available, and had his pulse on the TC housing market. What I didn't know at the time is, how valuable he would prove to be in navigating the nuances of an Estate and home as part of a trust. He worked with the attorney, closers, HOA and me to make sure all the things needed were lined up and ready to go even on a very tight time line. There is no one else I would call or recommend regarding selling a home anywhere in the Twin Cities!
