Working with Todd was awesome! Friendly, funny and an overall really nice guy! He made the process of buying a house quick, easy and fun! He helped us find the perfect home! We told him exactly what we wanted in a home, the type of area, scenery and features on/in the house. He found so many great homes to choose from that we definitely had our work cut out for us when it came time to decide which houses we wanted to put offers on. He was very attentive to all of our questions and needs. Really strived to get us into a home we really love and that is why Todd is a one of a kind guy. Any questions we had for the sellers, he got answered and he even negotiated with them to fix minor details before we settled and signed! He guided us step by step through everything we needed to do before and after we bought our home, and will make sure he reminds you of deadlines and things needing to be signed so you don't miss out on anything (like your dream home).
