Todd and Michael Sandler sold 2 condos for us in what I consider as record time. From signing the listing contract, to the open house, to receiving the offers was just 1 week. As my husband and I are moving out of the state, a quick sale and at the price we wanted were critical goals to attain. Throughout the process, Todd guided us and prepped us for the next steps.
