Todd is a professional real estate agent with excellent communication skills, who takes the time to explain every step of the selling process. He gave us solid advise to what repairs we needed and offered suggestions for improvements that would add value to our home. Todd provided us with a seller’s packet full of information, it included a map of our parcel, property easements, lot size, and a list of homes similar to ours, that had recently sold in our area. This list was particularly helpful to understand the property’s real value based on actual sales, versus our imagined sentimental value. Because after 27 years of raising a family in our home, we had become the proverbial empty nesters and the decision to sell had been difficult.
