Todd put us at ease with the first phone call. Deciding to sell our home of 20+ years was overwhelming. Todd's knowledge of the market and advice on when to list, how to show, etc. was spot on. The entire process was all made so much easier because we chose to list with him. We always felt like a priority. Could not imagine going thru this process with anyone else.
