When selling our existing home, Todd was able to utilize his extensive personal network with other agents to create pre-listing interest in our property. When we did list our home it sold in 1 day! We were able to get 30 showings scheduled in 24 hours and 26 viewings in the first day. We ended up accepting an offer above list price.
