There are not enough words to describe how helpful Todd was in the process of buying a home. Especially as a first time buyer. He worked diligently from minute 1 to put together a list of houses to visit that fit me and my wife’s needs/wants, helped explain the ins and outs of various neighborhoods, and even gave recommendations and options for lenders, title services, or anyone else we needed throughout the process. Todd works fiercely and is someone you want in your corner as he is easily considered an expert negotiator. He knew the VA process extremely well. I would recommend Todd to anyone who asks.
