I have used Todd for two purchases and two sales in two years. He has helped me get the best price after a lowball offer, got a condo when my offer wasn’t the highest (because of the way he wrote the offer), found the perfect condo for me, and just helped sell the first condo when I decided I wanted to move one last time. Both sales were done remotely since I live in Florida in winter. He found a gas leak in the condo I just sold, knew I had just replaced the HVAC and that it was under warranty and got it fixed the same day. Todd is a very hard worker who knows everybody, it seems, and knows the market and how to get the best deal for his clients. I’d give him ten stars if I could.

Todd is an amazing realtor! He has so much knowledge of the history of every neighborhood! Driving to look at houses with him is like having a local tour guide.
