Todd Lands

I have used Todd for two purchases and two sales in two years. He has helped me get the best price after a lowball offer, got a condo when my offer wasn’t the highest (because of the way he wrote the offer), found the perfect condo for me, and just helped sell the first condo when I decided I wanted to move one last time. Both sales were done remotely since I live in Florida in winter. He found a gas leak in the condo I just sold, knew I had just replaced the HVAC and that it was under warranty and got it fixed the same day. Todd is a very hard worker who knows everybody, it seems, and knows the market and how to get the best deal for his clients. I’d give him ten stars if I could.

Nicest guy in the world. He knows what is in the best interest for all parties. Keeps you informed. Very professional, persistent and friendly. Sold our house quickly. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

We had a very good experience with Todd. He sold our home for more than we expected, and much more than two other agents had suggested. I will say it took longer than we had hoped, BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Todd was extremely helpful (helped us move items, sell items, swept our deck), and gave us excellent advice on 'staging' our home, and what repairs were, and were not needed prior to putting it on the market. He guided us through the process of selling and gave us good advice on when to wait and when to move forward. We would definitely work with Todd again!
