Mr. Gallant has a very pleasant disposition when doing business with his clients. Very informative and knowledgeable about the marketplace. When selling our home, he was able to stay on schedule while dealing with very crucial timelines. Todd has a good supportive team for open house and kept us safe while showing our home during the pandemic, especially since we stayed at home until sold. We had little time to close with the buyer, however, Todd's strong negotiating and communication skills gave us opportunities to settle quickly. Prior to our contract signing, we interviewed other seller agents and brokers as well. They had very fancy portfolios to show us about their company ratings but did not say much about their performance record. Todd took his personal time to explain what would be necessary to place our house in the competitive market place for the 'Best Sales Price' at the least cost. The other agents interviewed seem to have only wanted to sell our home at a low value spending little of their personal time in selling our home. Todd had very good connections to help a client find contractors to make any necessary repairs before home inspection. This saved us thousand's of dollars before selling our home under contract. The photographer did a wonderful job before staging the home which gave a sense of professionalism to the entire process of selling our home and everyone should be proud of their efforts.
