We viewed property from Richmond and then made the trip down to purchase. He is very hands on makes everything easy for an out of towner. I cannot believe that after just two years I had to sell my cute little house but Todd made it so simple from staging to marketing with unique methods I would never have thought of to negotiating all the offers that came in so I would get the best deal He was absolutely beyond what we could’ve expected or ask for Even though this property was not a high value he treated it like it was $1 million home and treated me the same He didn’t pawn me off to an assistant he personally handled every single step and as a single mother at the time I can’t imagine there is anyone else who could do a better job, and I know because I looked.
