Todd Carpenter

I was choosing an agent when Todd and I “interviewed”. When I asked him about his experience He said “this is what I do all day, every day. I drive around this valley every day finding new listings, newer communities and showing houses. I know this market.” His confidence in what he knows gave us confidence in him and he certainly did NOT disappoint! He always responded to my texts and calls and caught on quickly to my particular wants, needs and “style”. He “did his homework” -Even going back a month to older mls listings and investigating properties he felt I’d be interested in- which is where we found a hidden treasure- a new build with a fabulous view of pine mountain that became my new home! He negotiated well for me with the builders agent and kept me informed about the progress as it happened. I love my new home! Would I recommend Todd Carpenter? That’s A definite YES!!
