We were part of the group that relocated during COVID. Shayne and his team were fabulous. We loved Shayne’s approach, he was fun to work with and we never felt pressured or pushed. Yet he was also professional and quick to act when we came to a decision. Shayne was knowledgeable about the market and gave great guidance, he was available to answer questions and quick to return calls if we missed him. We felt like we were a priority to him. :-). Shayne was great to work with and was on top of everything from Day 1. My wife and I flew in from another state and spent the day looking at a list of houses we wanted to see. Nothing we had found worked out, but Shayne discovered other houses he thought reflected what we were looking for and the last house of the day was PERFECT. We decided to put in an offer and Shayne took it from there (including negotiations with the builder). We coordinated paperwork on the way to the airport the following day and our offer was ultimately accepted. Even though we lived in another state at the time, Shayne and team made it very easy to finish up the necessary paperwork and made this purchase a reality.

I was choosing an agent when Todd and I “interviewed”. When I asked him about his experience He said “this is what I do all day, every day. I drive around this valley every day finding new listings, newer communities and showing houses. I know this market.” His confidence in what he knows gave us confidence in him and he certainly did NOT disappoint! He always responded to my texts and calls and caught on quickly to my particular wants, needs and “style”. He “did his homework” -Even going back a month to older mls listings and investigating properties he felt I’d be interested in- which is where we found a hidden treasure- a new build with a fabulous view of pine mountain that became my new home! He negotiated well for me with the builders agent and kept me informed about the progress as it happened. I love my new home! Would I recommend Todd Carpenter? That’s A definite YES!!
