My wife and I genuinely felt cared for through the buying process. We walked into the market with anxiety, thinking all sorts of things. Todd helped alleviate a lot of stress and was very patient, even when we had setbacks. He never tried to push us to buy the bigger properties, but had them readily available if we ever wanted to consider the possibility. Flexible in his schedule for viewings, which was nice. All in all, we'd choose Todd again for our next property. There's a lot of care in his work, and it shows.

Todd seems to know the current market situation in the area and is completely understanding of a customer's timeline needs. He helped us navigate through the whole process and answered any questions/concerns we had in a timely manner.

We first reached out to Todd back in December because we needed to purchase a home. We identified a great one, but unfortunately, it had gone under contract just a few hours before he showed it to us. Nevertheless, he was committed to getting us into something that would work for us in our rather unique situation. About a month later, he identified another that was under construction, but which had a completion date that aligned with our needs. After thinking about it for a week or so, we decided to go for it. He had the offer ready the next day. We were under contract less than 24 hours later. During the building process, Todd kept us well-informed about the progress and also stayed in touch with the seller's agent and our attorney making sure we'd be able to close on schedule. We walked across the finish line this morning and could not be happier with our new home. The process was smooth from start-to-finish and we'd gladly work with Todd again when it's time to get our next one.
