Real estate would be easy if all realtors were as trustworthy and skilled as Toby. His knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness is unmatched and his ability to hold other accountable and move the deal through the process is noteworthy. He is the one you want on your side of the closing table. We had a incredibly difficult set of circumstances for our sale as we live out of state and the buyer had a difficult realtor and set of circumstances. Toby went above and beyond to make sure the many loose ends were dealt with including managing contractors and even the sellers lender. If I had a choice in the matter I would have given him his commission and the other realtor commission because he ended up doing both of there jobs, but he was willing did it to make sure our house closed quickly. The process was difficult because of the other realtor, but Toby navigated it and made it as smooth as possible despite all the challenges.

Toby is extremely thorough, honest, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. We first used him to find a home to fix up. We were looking for some pretty unusual criteria. Toby patiently looked through dozens of houses to narrow down the ones for us to choose from. That alone saved us a ton of time. We were able to find the perfect place and the transaction went extremely smooth with Toby's supervision. We have also listed a house with Toby, but we decided to pulled it off the market before it sold. It was a market downturn and we didn't have to sell. Toby was great during the sales listing and also very up front with us when we weren't getting the offers we wanted.
