My wife and I just purchased a home with TJ as our realtor after a lengthy & extensive search. Being new to the area, it took us a while to determine the area we wanted to purchase our home. TJ was great to assist us and provide insights and recommendations. He took us through a number of homes and was very patient with us while we tried to find just the right place. TJ was always available and highly responsive to us throughout our entire search for a new home. He worked very hard to find properties we would like and suited our needs and was very honest and open about the properties we were interested in. We ended up finding a great place at a good price and TJ helped us throughout the offer and closing process. He also provided us with a number of helpful referrals for services such as the inspection, mortgage, home repairs, etc. TJ supported us through and beyond our closing date and has continued to check in with us to ensure that we are still satisfied with our home purchase. My wife and I would highly recommend TJ as a realtor.
